1. OBJECTIVE 1.1. Promotion organized by Go2 Workers LLC. 1.2. The campaign aims to grant BONUSES—for a specific and determined period—to its WORKERS for each new referred client who hires a service through Go2. 1.3. Only WORKERS registered in the Go2 Workers app may participate in this campaign.
2. DEFINITIONS 2.1. For the purposes of this campaign, the following definitions shall apply: 2.1.1. EARN $10.00: A $10.00 (ten US dollars) bonus granted to the REFERRING WORKER for each REFERRED CLIENT, when the client installs the Go2 service request app, books a service for the first time, pays for the service, and the payment is not subject to a chargeback. 2.1.2. FAIR PAYMENT FOR YOUR SERVICES: By participating in the campaign, you, the WORKER, ensure fair compensation for services provided through the Go2 Workers app, receiving at least 70% of the service fee for payments not subject to chargebacks. 2.1.3. REFERRING WORKER: A worker registered and approved with the necessary documentation in the Go2 Workers app. 2.1.4. REFERRED CLIENT: A contact (name, phone number, and email) provided by the WORKER, who installs the Go2 service request app, hires a service for the first time, pays for the service, and does not request a chargeback. 2.1.5. REFERRAL: The action performed by the REFERRING WORKER, carried out EXCLUSIVELY through the form provided by Go2. The form must include all required fields to allow Go2 to identify both the REFERRED CLIENT and the REFERRING WORKER, who must be a registered and validated worker in the Go2 Workers app. The responsibility for providing accurate data lies with the REFERRING WORKER. 2.1.6. VALIDATION: Approval by Go2 Workers LLC for bonus eligibility, after verifying that all conditions set forth in these regulations have been met. 2.1.7. BONUS PAYMENT: The $10.00 (ten dollars) bonus and the minimum payment of 70% of the service fee for services provided through the Go2 Workers app will be paid within up to 25 days after the REFERRED CLIENT pays for the service, provided the payment is not reversed or charged back.
3. CAMPAIGN DURATION 3.1. This promotion, titled "WORKER - REFER & EARN!", begins on September 25, 2025, and Go2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the "WORKER - REFER & EARN!" campaign at any time, upon notification to participating users, ONLY workers who meet the pre-established promotional conditions set by Go2 Workers LLC and outlined in this regulation may participate.
4. GRANTED BENEFITS 4.1. It is PROHIBITED for the REFERRING WORKER to receive more than one BONUS for the same REFERRED CLIENT. 4.2. If multiple referrals are submitted for the same REFERRED CLIENT, either by the same REFERRING WORKER or by others, only the first validated referral—according to the rules of this REGULATION will be considered. All other referrals will be automatically disregarded for bonus purposes. 4.3. In the event of cancellation, termination, rescission, or chargeback of the service payment by the REFERRED CLIENT, the REFERRING WORKER will automatically lose the right to the BONUS.
5. For the purposes of this regulation, the following indications WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED: 5.3. Individuals under 18 years of age; 5.3. Self-referrals; 5.3. It is prohibited for any person to use any means to circumvent or defraud the rules of this regulation with the intent of benefiting themselves or others.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS 6.1. This promotion may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, or at the sole discretion of Go2 Workers LLC, without prior notice and without any compensation obligation; 6.2. By accepting this promotion’s regulations, the WORKER irrevocably and unconditionally grants Go2 Workers LLC the right to use their image and authorizes the publication of their name, at any time, in all types of media such as radio, television, newspapers, websites, magazines, and others for promotion purposes; 6.3. The prize from this promotion is personal and non-transferable, and it may not be negotiated or exchanged for other goods or services; 6.4. Go2 Workers LLC will determine the payment method for the bonus as described in item 2.1.7, at its sole discretion; 6.5. The conditions of the “WORKER - REFER & EARN!” campaign cannot be combined with other programs or promotions existing or to be launched by Go2 Workers LLC; 6.6. If any fraud or behavior is detected that goes against the rules or the ethical and moral principles of this company, Go2 Workers LLC reserves the right to cancel the bonus and/or deactivate the REFERRING WORKER and/or the REFERRED CLIENT from Go2’s systems; 6.7. Go2 Workers LLC reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the WORKER’s responsibility to stay informed via the online platform; 6.8. By participating in the "WORKER - REFER & EARN!" campaign, participants declare that they are fully aware of and agree to the terms and conditions of this Regulation; 6.9. The REFERRING WORKER is solely responsible for sending the LINK to the REFERRED CLIENT and for submitting the information to Go2 Workers LLC; 6.10. All provisions of Go2 Workers LLC’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to these regulations; 6.11. Questions, concerns, requests, or complaints can be sent to Go2 through the following support channel: info@go2workers.com; 6.12. Any issues, discrepancies, or unforeseen situations will be resolved by Go2.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION 7.1. By registering for the promotion, the following data will be collected: 7.1.1. From the REFERRING WORKER: The phone number registered in the Go2 Workers app for identification purposes; 7.1.2. From the REFERRED CLIENT: Full name, phone number, and email to identify them in the Go2 service request app; 7.2. The data collected will be used to: 7.2.1. Identify the REFERRED CLIENT and the REFERRING WORKER for approval or rejection in the promotion; 7.2.2. Legitimate interest of Go2 Workers LLC: marketing actions, events, and email campaigns. 7.3. Failure to provide the requested data will prevent participation in the promotion.
